Easy Reimbursement Policy
- One (1) refundable class airfare (mileage if local).
- Hotel accommodations at the event site for the evening before the event (2 nights if the meeting is late afternoon, evening or international). We will handle the arrangements.
- Transportation to and from the airport and the event site.
- Three moderately priced meals per day.
Bottom line: Scott will go out of their way to make sure that there are no issues. You will get no surprises or exorbitant bills. He knows that your reputation is on the line and he will be looking to make it even better (see reason #1 above).
No Hassle AV Requirements
- Lavaliere microphone.
- Hand-held microphone.
- A projector and screen appropriate to the size audience.
- For a large group, a large raised platform (3′-6′) with one small table and no podium is required. Distance from the first row of seats to the riser should be no farther than 6′.
- Scott needs a means to get off the stage to personally interact with your attendees.
- Room set-up can be adjusted to accommodate smaller group sizes.
- Someone from our office will review the room set-up and AV before the event to ensure each attendee has a fabulous experience.
