Split your Top20 clients into the following categories:
1. Retired
2. Employees
3. Business Owners.
Each will have a different set of fears and concerns – and a different set of words that will move them to action (more on that next time.)
For now, keep the primary focus of your messages on the “crisis.” It’s still the #1 fear and concern.
