At the end of last year, I fell off the wagon…
Beth and I stopped working out. We took our walks with our chocolate Lab, Max, and we played pickle ball, but we stopped our morning workout routine.
I don’t remember why.
At first, you miss one day out of six.
Then two.
Then…
I have fallen off the wagon before.
It’s a mental game to GET BACK ON the wagon.
We got back on the wagon on February 7.
We switched programs to DDP Yoga. Before that, we were on Built With Science (a great program) and P90X3, and… a number of others.
And, I will fall off the wagon again.
