Beth and I are heading to Blowing Rock, North Carolina for some R&R through Memorial Day. Jan Karon is the #1 New York Times Best-Selling author of the Mitford Series, which Beth just loves.
As she was recovering from colon surgery, she re-read the Mitford series – ten novels set in the fictional town of Mitford, North Carolina. The town of Mitford is based on Blowing Rock.
A few weeks ago, while we were waiting for our children to show up for lunch, we were talking about Mitford and Blowing Rock and we decided (on a whim) to go. I checked out a few resorts and booked us into one we liked. I also rented us a convertible Mustang. 🙂
I’ll let you know how it goes.

The affluent cannot be sold. However, they love to buy.
I don’t fish much. However, I do know that fly fishing is a dance… a give and take… artistry.
It’s the same with the affluent.

You must magnetically attract them. Gain their trust. Rise above every other alternative.
Be remarkable. Be of value. Be of interest.
Stop the blah-blah-blah!
You don’t find them. You show them how to find you.
You do that through VAC – Value Added Content. Content that speaks to your prospects’ biggest concerns. Biggest worries. Biggest fears.
Your marketing most focus on your prospect’s concerns, worries and fears. When you do that, they will find you!
